Rehabilitation & Fitness Center – Programs

Yoga

Our Yoga class is held on Monday starting 5:15 and on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:00 p.m. The class is taught by certified yoga instructors, and is held in the education room directly across from the locker rooms. Yoga will provide breathing exercises, increased flexibility, and a reduction in stress. Yoga is offered to all MCA fitness center members at no additional cost. Non-member are also welcome to participate in the weekly yoga class for a payment of five dollars per class.

Education

Education classes on a variety of wellness topics are held on a regular basis. A schedule of our current classes can be obtained at the front desk in the fitness center. Our classes are offered to all MCA members at no additional cost. These classes will provide a great way to obtain additional information needed to assist you with a healthier lifestyle. Some of the topics covered in our classes include: weight loss / management, nutrition, diabetes, smoking cessation, cholesterol, and others.

Low Impact / Strength Training

Classes offered every Wednesday and Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. All sessions are held in the education room, located across the hall from the locker rooms. Strength training is open to every member of our facility at no additional cost. Experience in strength training is not required; every skill level is welcomed.

Our staff is always on the fitness floor ready to serve you daily. We are always looking for ways we can serve and assist you. If you have any questions, want to discuss your exercise program, or need any assistance, please let our staff know immediately.
