There are several ways you can make a payment on your account. These include the following options:
You can mail checks to our office when you receive a monthly statement using the information provided. Please do not send credit card information through the mail.
You can pay at the Check-in Kiosk when you are in the office for your next visit using your credit or debit card.
You can pay cash during any office visit. Please do not send cash in the mail.
You can pay on our website through the Patient Portal. When you login to you Patient Portal just follow the instructions for paying your bill.
You can call our office at (800) 622-2273 and speak to one of our Business Office staff to pay your bill over the phone.
